Busy at work and was pretty tired, but made myself go to the gym. Got a nice less than an hour workout in. Pretty glad I went.
I don’t think I’ll be able to workout 3 times this week because I’m going to a wedding this weekend. Unless I go tomorrow which I’m contemplating.
Funny story, so part of my workouts is to do kettlebell crunches. Sounds easy enough right? Well for whatever reason I couldn’t do a single one. My body was like nope. I tried to do crunches normally with no weight and still didn’t work. My feet refused to stay on the ground.
I gotta talk to my trainer and find a different exercise or talk to a doctor to find out what’s wrong with me. It’s weird cause I can do Drop Off Crunches with no problem. I got so mad at myself for not being able to do. Like way way waaay too much hate towards myself.
