Leg day oh how I don’t like you. The excerises are just boring imo. I think I need to change it up and do new excerises for my routine. Pick ones I like and then new ones so it is just different. Trick my body into liking it.
The gym definitely my therapy. I can just put on my headphones and just zone out. I forget about all the stress and just lift. Well the two scoops of preworkout might help too, but just knowing it’s a lift day gives me something to look forward to.
Leg day. Oh my leg day. The gym was pretty packed downstairs. Did most of my stuff upstairs with less weights, but still a good workout. I didn’t have my HR monitor with me so I couldn’t get my calories.
