That burn. That stress relief. That feeling after you workout and you get a big fat meal. Priceless. Never giveup guys. Make sure you hold yourself liable. If you paying for a gym membership use it. If you don’t give me the wasted money please.
Back and biceps. Feeeeel the burn. Love that everything I getting easier. My old maxes are becoming my warmup sets. Feels good. Too bad I gotta find a new gym in a couple of months when I move and I’ll be going on vacation and getting fat. Meh totally worth it.
Quick little leg and Abs day. Gym was pretty much empty. Had my headphones on blast. Didn’t go too hard with legs cause I’ll be walking a bunch this weekend since I’m going to NYC. And more importantly I’m going to chill with some friends.
Forgot my headphones at home and since I live an hour away from work and workout after work, no music to jam to today.
It wasn’t too bad, but it was different. Today was chest, shoulders and triceps. I also got complimented on my shoulders which was pretty awesome. Next week I’m going to try and incorporate more cardio into workouts or just in general.
So I forgot my watch in my gym bag which I left in my car. And of course finding out after I did the 2 minute stroll to the gym and down the stairs into the locker, I didn’t want to go back. I have no idea how long I was at the gym or how many calories I burned today.
If I were to guess it was about an hour and a lot of calories.
