So funny thing happened this morning. I woke up at 6am which is kinda normal. So I decided I wanted a little more sleep. Put my head back down and instantly went back to dreaming. I woke myself up because I realized I was sleeping and thought I was late. It was 7:24am. I grabbed my stuff and ran out the door. I realized about 10 minutes later while I was driving that I was going to be early to work. For whatever reason I mistakenly thought it was 8:24am which would make me super later. This story further proves I’m absolutely crazy. That is all.
So I told myself if I burned over 1000 calories I’d go treat myself to some Indian food. Well I really wanted Indian food and stayed long enough to burn over 1000. Did I cheat? Maybe, but the food was so good.
Almost the weekend. Well I have to work on Saturday, but only 1 job so it shouldn’t be that bad. Right? What could possibly go wrong?

Time to get cut. Lowering my calories from 2350 to 1840. Hopefully I’ll start dropping my body fat.
Today was back and biceps. It went pretty quick. I also did 10 mins of cardio to get over 500 calories.
Had an 8:30 am appointment for work. Just got finished. I feel like the day is almost over which is good except I couldn’t be more wrong.

Another week of work. We are down a person for a month because he went on vacation. So I’m basically in the shop the whole time for a month straight. This should be interesting.

Leg and Abs day. Not many people at the gym so I got everything done quickly. I was busy this weekend, but a good busy. Keeping my mind in books so I can get ahead at work. Time to take control of life and plan ahead.
Back and biceps day. Woke up early to get my workout in. Been busy with work the rest of the day. Trying to take my work game to the next level.
