2014-12-30 : Upper Body

So I don’t split up my workouts that much like other people. I just do upper and lower body. I know I could do it other ways but meh.

Today I did upper body.

Lat pull down 24 reps @ 80lbs
Chest pull 24 reps @ 130 lbs
Chest press kinda thingy 24 reps @ 80lbs
Tricep push downs 30 reps @ 80 lbs
Tricep extensions with cable 20 reps @ 80 lbs
Torso twist 30 reps @ 110 lbs
30 mins elliptical

2014-12-30 : Suit Up

Almost 2015 people. Wonder how long I can stay classy for. Sad story – I ordered a bunch of ties and the tracking got messed up. They got delivered somewhere and no one knows where they are. I contacted the company and hopefully it gets resolved so I can look super dapper.

Today I got a light purple tiny checkered buttonup with my blue, red, black and grey cross hatch tie. Also matched it with silver and black tie clip.

3 sets of 8 reps @ 150 leg extension
3 sets of 8 reps @ 130 leg curls
3 sets of 10 reps @ hip abduct
3 sets of 10 reps @ hip adduct

30 mins on elliptical

I took two scoops of Cellucor preworkout watermelon flavor cause I find it tasty. Later I’ll take some cellucor BCAA for recovery and probably down a protein shake.

I’m no professional. I just read stuff online, talk to friends and try stuff out. Results may vary.
