Leg day oh how I don’t like you. The excerises are just boring imo. I think I need to change it up and do new excerises for my routine. Pick ones I like and then new ones so it is just different. Trick my body into liking it.
Leg day. Oh my leg day. The gym was pretty packed downstairs. Did most of my stuff upstairs with less weights, but still a good workout. I didn’t have my HR monitor with me so I couldn’t get my calories.
Quick little leg and Abs day. Gym was pretty much empty. Had my headphones on blast. Didn’t go too hard with legs cause I’ll be walking a bunch this weekend since I’m going to NYC. And more importantly I’m going to chill with some friends.
So I forgot my watch in my gym bag which I left in my car. And of course finding out after I did the 2 minute stroll to the gym and down the stairs into the locker, I didn’t want to go back. I have no idea how long I was at the gym or how many calories I burned today.
If I were to guess it was about an hour and a lot of calories.
